Ah, baking soda remedies... some of the most fabulous finds in the domain of skin care recipes and remedies.

This post is by no means the ends of the list of all the great remedies and recipes that can be prepared with it but it gives you a good idea of how versatile and easy it is to use.

1) Mix a paste of baking soda and water and apply to affected areas to get relief from acute burns or sunburn. In addition to relief, it can also help to prevent blistering. You can use this same paste to take the itch out of poison ivy. Put the paste on a bee sting, and let dry. It will help ease the pain.

9) Not only does it help deodorize feet, it can be used for preparation of a foot soak recipe. You can add eucalyptus oils to invigorate the feet or calming chamomile, your choice.

10) Mix up some honey and baking soda and gently rub the mix. This combination is perfect for treating chapped lips.
