Dab eucalyptus oil or peppermint oil on a cotton ball and swipe it on your temples and the back of the neck for a cooling sensation before going to the gym or beach.

1 aloe leaf-beeled to revealclear gel
1/2 medium cucumber- peeled to reduce irritation
blend above ingredients in blender till smooth
Add essential oil for smell if required
softly apply to sun burnt skin
This can stay in fridge up to 1 week

Nice moisturizing cooling mask.
1 Avocado
1 TBSP of plain yogurt
1 TBSP of honey
Mash together. Leave on for 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
Skin feels amazingly soft and cool afterward.
