Cooling summer tip

by Elana
(White Plains, NY, USA)

Dab eucalyptus oil or peppermint oil on a cotton ball and swipe it on your temples and the back of the neck for a cooling sensation before going to the gym or beach.

Thanks Elana, neat tip. A good way to keep the skin hydrated and fresh during summer months is to apply some of the summer skin care fruits.
