Corn removal from toes & restoring natural pigmentation on bottom of feet

My questions are, do you have any natural remedies for removing corns from the toes, and also, the underside of my feet tend to look dark, like a dirty pigmentation. Can you suggest any natural remedies to restore my natural skin color?

I am not aware of any natural product for removing corns. I use a pumice stone to exfoliate the corns and dry skin on the feet. Regarding your dark pigmentation -- hmmm, I would visit a holistic health care practitioner to make sure that is not toxins, heavy metals trying to detox through your feet. Or, it could just be genetic....see your practitioner either medical and or holistic for some consultation. A safe treatment you might try is taing malic acid, found in a health food store. Malic acid helps the body detox from toxins and metals, i use it when I feel my muscles getting achy, and after a few days on Malic Acid I really notice the difference. It's derived from apples and is pretty safe to use....couldn't hurt and your might feel less achy.

Here's an article on foot corn.

Update: I have created a page with a few more corn removal remedies, including the ones Renee posted.

Hope this helps! Biljana, www.skin-care-recipes-and-remedies.com admin

two natural remedies for removing corns
by: renee

cut the rind from a pineapple(with some of the fruit intact) and place the fruit side against the corn; cover with gauze and tape overnight and it should fall off by the morning.

soak crumbled bread in 1/4 cup of vinegar for 1.5 hours. Place the bread over the corn and cover with gauze and tape overnight. Repeat until the corn falls off.

thanks for the suggestion on malic acid - looking forward to trying it.
