Here is a recipe that might be helpful:
For Mask - Face & Hair
1/2 ripe Avocado
1/2 cup plain organic yogurt
1/4 cup organic honey
*optional is to add a few drops of 100% pure essential oil of Avocado
Leave it on your face for half an hour and on your scalp for 1 hour.
In addition, supplementing with flax seed oil, fish oil with Omega 3's and 6's is beneficial in nourishing your body from the inside.
