Facial scrub

Quick easy scrub for face or body that exfoliates and moisturizes: combine olive oil and sugar, apply to face or body rub gently and rinse off.

Hi Debbie,

I would be really careful substituting sugar with salt. To make a scrub containing salt, as in body salt scrub, you need to use a coarser salt, namely sea salt. This works well for the skin of the body, but the face is different. Salt is coarser than sugar and you might find yourself with irritated face, redness, and swelling if rubbing it on the face. I would go with sugar in any case.

SUGAR AND OIL SCRUB

You have to try this!!! it works wonders!!! After using it just one time, my skin felt sooo much softer. The only thing is that you have to be really careful not to add to much olive oil or the mix won't make your skin oily. I'm going to start using this on a regular basis.
