Hair growth treatement

I have no problem of hair loss or oily hair, but still my hair is too slow in growth. What is the reason for this? Is there any treatment for fast hair growth? I'm getting married within 4-5 months. Now I have hair to my shoulders. How can I get it grow faster within 4 months?
