Hair loss and dry hair

by Whitman
(Alabama)

My hair is falling out! Not in chunks, just all over. It also seems to be very dry. I went to the doctor and he said my hormones are fine. What tips do you have?

Hi Whitman,

Let me tell you, I feel your pain! Been there before and it is not fun! Since you say your hormones are fine, consider the amount of stress you're experiencing. It can be a triggering factor for many disorders including hair and skin.

Now, as I said, I have experienced this before so here's what I used: garlic hair loss remedy. Now, I want you to keep in mind that my hair loss was triggered by an enormous stress I was under combined with haywire hormones after having a baby. This hair loss remedy helped restored my hair; it stopped falling out, became stronger and healthier overall.

One more thing to consider would be proper hydration: how much water do you drink?

I also included Vitamin B complex into my diet and that has helped tremendously. One of this vitamins, Vitamin B 7 or Biotin is essential for strong nails and hair and it's deficiency can be seen in brittle nails and hair.

As far as the dry hair, try some of these dry hair conditioners.

I hope this helped a bit,
