The ingredients you need are simple: Olive oil, sugar and milk.
The olive oil is extremely moisturizing, but hard to get off. The sugar is an exfoliant that will help open your pores and get all the unwanted dirt out from your pores. Milk adds the enzymes your skin need and is also somewhat moisturizing.
Preparation is easy-peasy lemon-squeezy. Measure the following measurements:
A handful of sugar (roughly 5-8 Tablespoons)
Give or take 3-5 Teaspoons of Olive oil (enough to turn the mixture into a yellowish color)
And 1/2 teaspoon of milk
Mix the ingredients well and store the extra scrub in a small Tupperware container.
Recommended use: 2-3 times a week.
I use this scrub twice a day, and it does not break me out, so you might want to experiment with how often you use this.
