How to remove brown spots on face ?

An old fashion remedy I know of that is mixing one part fresh lemon juice with 2 parts aloe vera gel and applying to the brown spots with a cotton ball. If you have glycerin that would be excellent to add. Or you can mix into your moisturizer and apply to the spots. This will take several months before you see improvement.
