To make this lime and milk face wash, you will need:
Juice from half a lime into approx
1/3rd cup of boiled milk.
Squeeze the juice from lime into approximately 1/3rd cup of boiled milk.
Using a cotton pad apply the mix gently over face. Leave approx 15 mins . Rinse well with cool water. GENTLY Pat dry .
Thanks Tracy! This combination strikes me as especially good for oily skin. Often times, you hear advice about using lemon, lime, oranges and other citrus fruits only to treat oily skin, acne and pimples.
I believe there should be something else to lessen the strong effect of the citrus acid. In this case, it is milk, and milk is filled with Alpha Hydroxy Acids - (AHA) that dissolve the bond between dead skin cells making it easier for whatever nutrients are present to easily penetrate deeper into the skin.
