I know a good diet is he key to great skin. I am eating an apple a day, taking in more fatty acids, drinking lots of water, eating oatmeal 3 times a week, taking centrum multivitamin daily, and exercising three times a week. Is this a good plan I have?
I use shea butter to moisturize my skin. I want to know what is a good all natural body cleanser to cleanse, tone, and smooth out my skin?

you are doing very well on your plan. I would add 8 glasses of water, and greens.
In regards to your question about shea butter as a moisturizer – I would switch to something lighter like jojoba oil or pure almond oil with a bit of honey to moisturize your skin. Also, a great all natural body cleanser is getting Liquid Castile soap. You can also add several drops of your favorite essential oil as well!
