Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup canola oil
peppermint oil
lavender oil
ylang ylang oil
Instructions:
Mix together a half-cup of olive oil and a half-cup of canola oil in a bowl. Then add a few drops of lavender oil, a few drops of peppermint oil, and a few drops of ylang ylang oil. Store in a glass container.
As we all know, essential oils are very strong; a little goes a long way. Add the amount desired to match the strength of the scent.
This oil can be used as a body or face massage, and should be refrigerated so it doesn't become contaminated.
