pimple redness

Hello,

I get small pimples and after a while they get larger and red and they never go away, what should I do?

Hello Zein,

It sounds like you have clogged pores that results in breakouts and red spots. You should try to exfoliate the skin to remove dead skin cells, keep pores open, reduce bacteria, and eventually eliminate the pimples and red spots.

Try making a facial scrub with equal mixture of sugar and baking soda. Mix them together, add a little water to make a paste. Rub this paste gently on the breakout areas.

Also, take a cotton ball and dip it into hydrogen peroxide and dab the red spots daily. Be careful not to over dry the skin. If you find the skin gets to dry then reduce the frequency of the peroxide or just use lemon juice.

Hope this information has helped,
