Problem skin

by Tuba
(England/London)

What recipe would you advise for problem acne skin?

Dear Tuba,

There are a couple of remedies you can prepare in order to deal with the problem skin.

Peal, clean and grate one large apple. To this, add 1/2 teaspoon of whipped cream, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of oatmeal and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

The mix should be like a paste. Apply on the face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Use the paste to gently, in circular motion, rub the face (and neck). Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a towel.

Another thing you can use is to heat up 1 tablespoon of active brewer's yeast over steam and apply it on your face up to 3 times a day. To enhance the effect of the brewer's yeast, drink fresh carrot juice daily.
