Red hard lumps

Hi there,

I have problems with hard red lumps on my chin; they are very painful and last for weeks. They very often don't have anything in them but when they go down they leave purple marks where they have been. This is a nightmare, can you help?

It sounds like you have clogged pores that results in dry breakouts. You should try to exfoliate the skin to remove dead skin cells and keep pores open and reduce bacteria. You can also try using a facial scrub made of equal mixture of sugar and baking soda. Mix the together, add a little water and rub this paste gently on the areas that breakout. Use this scrub on opposite days as the AHA/BHA cleanse.
