Drain the juice from one coconut any is fine take the actual raw coconut and land with water. Store in cooler for about 20 minutes then rub on to the scalp and in a little bit it will look like your hair is frozen; the longer u keep it on the better. Rinse with cold water

Tip:dandruff is also caused by hot water.
