Hey Nili!
I have huge pores on the tip of my nose and on the skin next to my nose. I also get quite a few whiteheads and an occasional couple pimples in that area next to my nose. I am pretty sure I have dry skin. I know I don't have oily skin. I have dry flaky skin along the sides of my nostrils.
I used baking soda, buttermilk and iced down the occasional pimple before and always had pretty clear skin. Now it seems my skin has gone out of wack!!:) I've tried a bunch of home remedies but nothing really seems to work! I don't even wash my face in soap anymore. I really want smooth crystal clear skin! The skin on my cheeks is perfectly normal. Any advice? Thanks!!
Hi Ashley,
I understand your frustration :-) What are you washing your face with? You need to make sure you always use a pH balanced face cleanser and don't over wash your face. Once or twice a day max for dry skin in the winter. Cetaphil is a inexpensive drug store brand face wash that is gentle and pH balanced. Try using that.
If your skin is flaking, has large pores, and black/white heads...you MUST exfoliate a few times a week. Try alternating between a exfoliating mask and a facial scrub a few times a week and see if that doesn't help.
Also, always use a wash cloth when washing your face, this helps to exfoliate dead skin cells. Also, read this article on how to Remove Whiteheads.

Dark Patches
I have Dark patches in the inner side of my thighs. Suggest a Suitable home made remedy.
Hello,
Short of using a skin bleaching cream there is not much that can help you completely eliminate the discoloration
But you can try lemon juice, which can help fade it a bit. Take a cotton ball, dip it in fresh lemon juice and dab the spot a few times a day. A difference should be visible in a few weeks.
Hope this helps,
