Low fat yogurt facial mask

by Amy
(Scotland)

To prepare low fat yogurt facial mask, you will need:

2 tablespoons of 0 fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of ordinary table salt
1-3 teaspoons of cornflour (this is simply added to make the mixture thicker)

Method:

Mix the yogurt, lemon juice and salt together. Then add enough cornflour to thicken it to a spreadable consistency that wont run off your face. Then ta-da! You have one face mask ready to use.

Rinse it off with warm water after 5-15 minutes ( as soon as parts begin to dry up is usually a good sign)

Any leftover you can put in the fridge and store for up to 3 days.

This mask is a perfect exfoliant. All the ingredients listed here are good for scrubbing skin and lemon is added as a cleanser, especially suited for oily skin and irritation/redness/acne prone skin.

Thanks for the recipe!
