Dry skin lotion moisturizing recipe

Here is why I like this dry skin lotion recipe: it is simple. Majority of recipes for lotions contain some kind of butter or emulsifying base. While this makes for a great product, recipes that contain simple, easy to find ingredients, can be as effective.

This specific recipe contains egg yolks. Egg yolks are used differently from egg whites and have different effects. They moisturize and nourish the skin, unlike egg whites that dry it out and firm it.

Here's another hydrating facial mask that contains egg yolk.

Vinegar is often used in preparation of skin care recipes. It can (as the egg) help cleanse the skin and remove the excess oiliness and on the other hand, help the circulation and by doing that, help the skin absorb and properly distribute the nutrients applied.

Comfrey speeds reparation and replacement of skin cells and sesame oil provides additional moisture.
