Place a handful of acacia leaves in two cups of water. Bring to a boil, then cool enough not to burn skin. Make a compress of out the concoction and apply to eyelid.

Steep a Bancha teabag in hot water for 10 minutes. Saturate a cotton ball in lukewarm liquid and apply to closed eyelid, leaving it there for 10 minutes. Do this three times a day. You can find these tea bags at most US Health Food Stores.

Pad your eye several times a day with a cotton pad soaked in warm water. Leave cotton pad on eyelid for 10 minutes. This will help to bring the sty along and help the pus drain.

Boil one teaspoon of coriander seeds in water and wash eyelid in the lukewarm water 3 to 5 times a day.

Mix tumeric powder with 2 cups of water and boil until there is just half the mixture. Strain the mixture through a woven cotton fabric until all the granules are gone, then you can use the mixture as eye drops. Apply two or three times a day. You must make sure that there are no granules in the mixture to hurt the eye.
