Thorough Cleansing

Wash your face with a mild face wash or cleanser (milk preferably). If you prefer milk, let it sit on the face for 15-20 minutes and wash it off with warm and cold water alternatively. Steam the face for 15 minutes. Prepare a scrub using chickpea flour, rose petals, grounded orange and lemon peels, fresh lemon juice, pinch of turmeric, sandalwood powder and fresh yogurt. Extra ingredients can be added according to the preference. Let it sit on the face till it dries off completely and then remove it scrubbing the face mildly. Wash with warm and cold water alternately. Apply moisturizer according to the need. This scrub can also be used as a body scrub. It also helps in removing facial hair in a long run.
