Aloe vera has a soothing, anti-inflammatory effect.
10 Tablespoon organic aloe vera juice (the drinkable kind)
2 1/2 teaspoon vegetable glycerin
5 teaspoon jojoba oil
30 drops lavender oil or other pure essential oils of your choice
Put all of your ingredients in your blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend on low for just a couple of seconds.
You can also place the ingredients in a glass jar and give it a good shake.
Place the mixture in a glass jar and store in the fridge.
Give the jar a good shake before each application.
This mixture will keep in a cold fridge for a couple of weeks. I like to use it really fresh. ENJOY!
